Hezbollah Condemns Martyr Fakhrizadeh’s Assassination, Voices Support for Iran Against Foreign Conspiracies

Hezbollah issued the following statement:

Hezbollah strongly condemns the heinous terrorist attack that led to the martyrdom of prominent scientist and professor Mohsen Fakhrizadeh, and offers warmest condolences to his honorable family and the Islamic Republic of Iran’s leadership and people.

Hezbollah also prays that Allah, the Almighty, allows him to dwell in His spacious paradises and high ranks along with his predecessors of martyrs and scientists, especially those who were treacherously martyred by the Zionist and international gangs of killing and terrorism to prevent the Islamic Republic from attaining the sources of pride and power, and preserve its scientific advance as well as political and ideological independence.

As we strongly support the Islamic Republic of Iran and its resisting and sacrificing people against the foreign threats and conspiracies, and to confront the new alliance of the Zionist entity and some regional countries, we do believe that the Islamic Republic is capable, by God’s willing, to confront all those dangers, uncover the criminals, and cut off the hands that target its scientists and officials no matter to whom it belongs. Iran is also capable of confronting the 'state' terrorism represented by the entity that occupies Palestine, as well as all those who provide this entity’s terrorism with political protection and international cover.
