‘Israeli’ Troops Demolish House Belonging to Palestinian Family of Eight in Kafr Qassim

‘Israeli’ occupation troops displaced a Palestinian family composed of a man, his wife, and their six children, after demolishing their home in the occupied northwestern city of Kafr Qassim.

Alaa Odeh and his family had fought a long legal battle to stop the demolition of their house in order to have the chance to obtain a permit, but their efforts were to no avail, the Palestinian Information Center reported on Monday.

A Zionist court rejected an appeal filed recently by the family’s lawyer to freeze the demolition measure.

Thirteen other inhabited homes in the Palestinian town are also threatened with demolition, according to local sources.
