Moussa: Hizbullah Major Lebanese Party

The establishment of diplomatic relations was still a subject of welcoming and hailing statements on Monday as an important step that would pave the way for moving Lebanon to the safety zone.
In this context, Arab League Secretary General Amr Moussa emphasized, on the sidelines of the Forum for the Future in Abu Dhabi, the importance of the Lebanese national dialogue and stressed that the situation was improving.
He said that the political leaders had to carry out their responsibility and hoped that the Arab League would not find it necessary to intervene.
He added that the president election, cabinet formation, electoral law approval, establishment of the diplomatic ties between Lebanon and Syria and political reconciliations will change the situation in Lebanon.
In a response to a question, Moussa questioned why a delegation of Hizbullah, which he stressed is a major Lebanese party, does not visit Egypt, similarly to the Lebanese Forces leader and Progressive Socialist party leader.
