Units of the Syrian Arab Army found amounts of weapons and munitions hidden by terrorists before they retreated from Idlib southern countryside.

A field source in Idlib southern countryside told state-run SANA news agency that while combing operations in areas which have been liberated from terrorism, army units uncovered weapons and ammos, some of which are Turkish-made.

The seized weapons included rockets, munitions, tanks, BMP vehicles, Grad rockets, RPG rounds, mortar shells, various grenades, and remnants of a Turkish-made drone.

The source added that the Syrian army units are still combing the liberated areas in Idlib southern countryside from remnants of terrorism to ensure the safe return of the locals to their areas and villages.
