Pompeo to Meet with Gantz, Netanyahu in Occupied Al-Quds
By Staff, Agencies
Resuming international travel after a coronavirus suspension, US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo will visit the Zionist entity in a show of support for the new coalition ‘Israeli’ government, the State Department announced Friday.
A staunch supporter of the Tel Aviv regime, Pompeo will meet Zionist Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his centrist rival turned partner Benny Gantz in occupied al-Quds on May 13, the day the government is expected to be sworn in.
The trip comes as US President Donald Trump's administration gives its blessing to Netanyahu's plans to annex large parts of the occupied West Bank.
Trump in January unveiled his so-called Middle East plan in which he gave the green light for the Zionist entity’s annexation of areas around occupation settlements on Palestinian land, which are considered illegal under the international law and by the entire world.
