Zarif Discusses Regional Issues with Emirati Counterpart

Foreign ministers of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the United Arab Emirates discussed the latest regional developments in a telephone conversation.
Mohammad Javad Zarif held the conversation with Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan on Sunday evening.
The two diplomats congratulated each other’s nations on the beginning of the holy Muslim month of Ramadan.
Zarif and Al Nahyan also discussed the latest regional developments, the fight against the novel coronavirus outbreak, as well as other issues of mutual interest.
First detected in Wuhan city in central China in December, the coronavirus has spread to all over the world, infecting nearly 3 million people worldwide.
