Zionist caretaker Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Thursday announced "binding" emergency regulations ordering ‘Israeli’ settlers to limit their movement and only venture outside when strictly necessary. 

He said not enough people have strictly adhered to the previous orders of staying at home, making further enforceable steps necessary. "This is not a recommendation nor a request but an order that will be enforced," Netanyahu specified. 

"Yes, the regulations are binding but I ask you first and foremost to follow those out of sense of internal duty, internal recognition that each and every one of you must adopt. Every one of you stays at home except those whose line of work has been defined as essential by the Finance Ministry."
