‘Israeli’ Police Set To Probe into Gantz’s Former Fifth Dimension Company
By Staff, Agencies
‘Israeli’ prosecution is set to recommend launching a probe into the Fifth Dimension cybersecurity company that was formerly headed by chairman of Blue & White alliance Benny Gantz, Hebrew media reported on Wednesday.
The investigation is not expected to begin until after the March 2 elections and the centrist lawmaker contending for prime minister is not a suspect in the case, Hebrew-language broadcaster Channel 13 reported.
The probe will look into other personnel who are involved in the affair who mislead the police with fake presentations in order to win a deal for the company.
According to the ‘Jerusalem Post’, it is unclear whether the Zionist police will conduct the investigation or the Police Investigations Department, as it is yet unknown if suspicions are aimed at the company’s employees, some mediators or police personnel.
According to Channel 13, the investigation will focus on personnel within the Fifth Dimension, a company that filed bankruptcy in 2018, and whether they have violated fraud clauses.
