Deal of Century to Expedite Removal of ‘Israel’ – Imam Khamenei’s Adviser

A defense adviser to Leader of the Islamic Revolution His Eminence Imam Sayyed Ali Khamenei, Brigadier General Hossein Dehqan, said the US-initiated plan for Palestine, so-called ‘deal of the century’, is going to accelerate the process of elimination of the Zionist regime from the region.

Addressing a cultural conference in the city of Arak on Friday, Brigadier General Dehqan said the ‘deal of the century’ reveals the collapse of the US’ dignity in the region.

“If the Americans reviewed the history of their activities in Palestine, they would definitely not take such measure, because this move has come from the disabled mind of Trump,” Iran’s former defense minister noted.

He also advised US President Donald Trump to refer to the history to realize that the era of thuggery is over and that “the deal of the century is going to facilitate the process of elimination of the Zionist regime from the region.”

The plan is the greatest threat to Trump and his administration, General Dehqan added.

Last week, Trump unveiled his long-delayed Middle East plan, a proposal Palestinian leaders slammed as a “conspiracy” that “will not pass”.

Following Trump’s announcement, Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas said “a thousand no's to the plan.

The US plan has sparked widespread international condemnation.
