Syrian Army Regains Control Over Al-Samaka Village in Idlib Countryside

Syrian Arab Army’s units on Friday regained control over al-Samaka village in Idlib southeastern countryside after thwarting an attack launched by Nusra Front terrorists.
According to Syria’s official news agency [SANA], the Syrian army units operating in Maarat al-Numan countryside thwarted on Thursday an attack by the Nusra Front terrorists and other affiliates in the direction of “al-Tih-Abu Jreif- al-Samaka”.
The Syrian army was re-deployed in the direction of al-Samakeh village after clearing it from terrorists, the reporter added.
Their operations are still ongoing in the direction of al-Tih -Abu Jreif until clearing it from the terrorists, SANA added.
