Imam Khamenei Praises Iranians’ Power against Enemy’s Conspiracies: They Received a Slap, Were Forced to Retreat

Leader of the Islamic Revolution His Eminence Imam Sayyed Ali Khamenei received Basij members in Tehran on Wednesday.

During the meeting, his eminence hailed the Iranian people's power to prove their might, praising the great movement they made in the past ten days.

Imam Khamenei stated that the enemies have thought that the opportunity was available for a very dangerous conspiracy for which huge efforts were made, and hence pushed their army to the streets but people foiled this movement.

Imam Khamenei also noted that "The Iranian people foiled a well-financed plot to vandalize and kill abusing the increase in fuel prices."

"The global arrogance understood what is going on in Iran and received a slap that forced it to retreat," Imam Khamenei added.
