US Supersonic Bombers Land in Saudi Arabia

Two US strategic supersonic B-1B Lancer bombers arrived at the Prince Sultan Air Force Base in Saudi Arabia, according to the press service of the US Air Forces Central Command and Air Force Global Strike Command.
The US War Department announced on 11 October that Washington would deploy an additional 3,000 soldiers, two Patriot anti-aircraft missile systems, and one THAAD missile defense system to Saudi Arabia.
US President Donald Trump’s administration made the decision after the heroic operation against Saudi Aramco on 14 September that was carried out by Yemeni Ansarullah revolutionary movement in response to the continued bloody Saudi war on their country.
Two major oil facilities belonging to Saudi Aramco were targeted in September, which resulted in a temporary sharp decrease in the kingdom's oil output. Although Ansarullah claimed responsibility for the operation, Riyadh is still unconvinced and blaming the incident on Iran, which, in turn, denied the allegations.
