Naqoura, South Lebanon – The methods of the “Israeli” entity has varied largely over years of continuous breach of Lebanese sovereignty and international resolutions. This time, “Israel” used a “poisonous camera” which it planted on old railway tunnel on the Lebanese-“Israeli” Occupied Palestinian border at Ras Naqoura border town.

As it is obvious from the position where the camera has been installed – at the air vent located at the gate of the old train tunnel, which “Israel” had long sealed by a concrete wall.

The installation of the camera at that point aimed, perhaps, at surveilling the area opposite to the border which extends a few kilometers away from Ras Naqoura towards the UNIFIL Command Center or beyond, along this area, including on the sea and on land, from maritime border points or military spots with Lebanese army posts, a General Security Center and another.

In exclusive information obtained by al-Ahed News, it was apparent that on the morning of September 26, the “Israelis” had sent a military force into the tunnel and installed a spy camera while the Lebanese Army soldiers were monitoring what was going on there.

After the “Israelis” finished installing the camera, Lebanese Army soldiers arrived at the site; and as the crossed the camera’s line-of-sight and tried to place a wooden stalk in front of it, dust of some sort gushed out of a pipe fixed next to the “Israeli” camera, causing a number of Lebanese soldiers to feel nauseous and faint.

This is the first known incident in which “Israel” used poisonous material attached to cameras it installed, revealing the “Israeli” entity’s aggressiveness and boldness that transcends all limits.

On Thursday 26th of September, the “Israeli” entity removed the surveillance camera it had installed a day earlier.
