Beirut - Hezbollah Secretary General His Eminence Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah stressed the importance of the resistance’s response to the “Israeli” space violations.
In a speech during the memorial service held for the late cleric Sheikh Hussein Kourani, Sayyed Nasrallah confirmed that Hezbollah is committed to the rules of deterrence.
No New Engagement Rules
“There are no new engagement rules with “Israel”,” he highlighted pointing out that “the Lebanese defense minister [Elias Abu Saab] presented yesterday important data regarding the recent “Israeli” aggression on Dahyia [Beirut Southern Suburbs].”
He further underscored that “the decision to confront the “Israeli” drones led to a decrease in the number of space violations.”
“We reiterate our right to confront the “Israeli” drones and commitment to the current balance of deterrence,” The Resistance Leader added, reiterating that it’s Hezbollah’s “ right to face the "Israeli" drones.”
In this context, Sayyed Nasrallah went on to say: “We downed one drone and this is the beginning of the course and we will continue to do so. This issue is subjected to the field’s developments.”
"Israeli" Agents must be Tried
On the current debate regarding the return of “Israeli” agents, His Eminence emphasized: “When an “Israeli” agent is a perpetrator and a criminal, his punishment must be tough.”
“The trial of “Israeli” agents is a constant principle. Whoever deals with the “Israeli” enemy should be punished for his crime,” he added, noting that “using the term deportees to the “Israeli” agents is wrong. There are fugitives out there. Those who have fled to “Israel” must surrender to the Lebanese authorities if they want to return.”
Urging the public of the resistance and the Lebanese people to be vigilant on social media platforms, Sayyed Nasrallah stated that “Hezbollah and the Free Patriotic Movement Understanding does not stipulate the return of the “Israeli” collaborators without any trial.”
“Hezbollah distinguishes between the traitor and his innocent family members who can return peacefully to their homeland,” he said.
Displaced Syrians Welcomed
Moving to the Syrian front, Sayyed Nasrallah announced that Hezbollah has arranged its situation in Quseir in a manner that suits the full return of the Syrian people to their city.
“There is no problem for us in the return of displaced Syrians to the Quseir,” His Eminence declared, noting that “ what has been said in recent years about demographic change in Syria, especially on the border, are mere lies.”
He also mentioned that “the doors of Zabadani and Qalamoun are open to confirm that the rumors aimed at giving the Syrian conflict a sectarian aspect are wrong.”
Netanyahu Failed
Commenting on the “Israeli” Knesset elections, Sayyed Nasrallah reiterated Hezbollah does not care which party wins.
“Netanyahu failed to win a majority in the elections that would enable him to form a new “Israeli” government,” he said, viewing that “the “Israeli” entity is suffering from a structural crisis. It is beginning to age. There is an unprecedented leadership crisis in the “Israeli” entity added the loss of confidence.”
According to Hezbollah Secretary General, “ [‘Israeli” PM Benjamin] Netanyahu ventured all he had to win the Knesset elections despite the unprecedented US support. However, he failed.”
Aramco The Beginning
On the Yemeni operation that targeted Saudi Aramco, Sayyed Nasrallah lamented the fact that “International attitudes towards Aramco's attacks have shown that oil is more expensive than blood.”
“For years, the Saudi aggression has bombed the Yemeni people and no one cared,” he said, urging all those who condemned Aramco attacks to show solidarity with the Yemeni people suffering from siege.”
In a clear message to the Saudi Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates, His Eminence stated: “The least expensive thing for Saudi Arabia and the UAE to protect their facilities is to end the war. Ending the war is more honorable to Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates than the US humiliation.”
Warning that various air defense systems do not work in face of the drones and that their cost is very high, Sayyed Nasrallah told the authorities in Saudi Arabia and the UAE that they “are betting on a failed US administration.”
“The US administration has failed in the deal of the century as well as in making Iran, Venezuela, China, North Korea, Syria and Iraq surrender,” he explained.
Moreover, he advised both Saudi Arabia and the UAE to “return to their minds. Your economy is from glass. Don’t bet on a war against Iran because they will destroy you. Your house is made of glass and your economy is made of glass. Like the glass cities in the UAE.”
“If one strike on your facilities led to what it led, what about the results of other strikes?,” His Eminence wondered, highlighting that “[US President Donald] Trump himself is begging for a meeting with Iranian President Hassan Rouhani.”
Meanwhile, he stressed that “The axis of resistance is very strong and the attacks on Aramco form an indication of this strength and the that the resistance is able to go far in defense.”
Back to the subject of the speech, Sayyed Nasrallah condoled the family of late Sheikh Kourani, who was one of Hezbollah’s founders. “He was my teacher,” he added, pointing out that Sheikh Kourani was very keen on the unity and strength of the resistance.”
“During the last days of his life, Sheikh Kourani stressed the importance of boycotting the American goods ,” His Eminence unveiled.
