The following is the statement issued by the Islamic Resistance about analyzing the first drone that crashed over Beirut's southern suburb:

After the specialized experts in the Islamic Resistance examined the first drone that crashed over Beirut's southern suburb [Dahiyeh], they discovered that it contains a covered bomb that was very tightly and technically isolated, and that the explosive material found inside it belong to the C4 material, with a net weight of 5.5 kilograms.

Based on the new given information that were available after examining the drone and analyzing its content, we stress that the first drone's target was not surveillance but it was aiming at carrying out a bombing the same as happened with the second drone.

Hence, we stress that the Dahiyeh has been subjected on Saturday night to an attack of two booby-trapped drones, the first was inactive while the other exploded.

We put those new information in front of the Lebanese people the public opinion, and the honorable people of Dahiyeh.
