Gaza Escalation: 22 Martyrs, “Israel” Shocked by 100s of Rockets, 4 Deaths

As part of the continuous “Israeli” aggression on besieged Gaza strip, “Israeli” warplanes carried out airstrikes martyring at least twenty one Palestinians.

The “Israeli” strikes martyred 22 Palestinians including two pregnant women, two babies, and two children, according to Gaza's ministry of health. An additional 146 Palestinians have been injured.

Dr. Yousef Abu al-Reish, Gaza Health Ministry Undersecretary said:

“The targeting of pregnant women and fetuses in the occupied areas reflects the magnitude of criminality and hostility towards life and requires clear and resolute positions from the UN agencies concerned to protect women and expectant mothers,” he said.

Sources also confirmed that seven residential buildings, which were made up of apartments and offices, were completely destroyed in Gaza City.

In addition to the seven residential buildings, a local mosque, several schools, four family homes, and three ambulances, were completely destroyed during the escalation.

The “Israeli” airstrikes left a number of Palestinian families, mostly women and young children, homeless.

In response, four “Israelis” were killed by the Palestinian Resistance’s rockets.

According to the “Israeli” army, 600 rockets were fired at the entity since Saturday

On this level, the Islamic Jihad Resistance group announced that “communication with the enemy has stopped.”

“There will be no talk of negotiations while massacres ongoing, including the most recent targeting in the northern Gaza Strip,” the group added.

 On the international level, UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres appealed Sunday for “maximum restraint”.
