“Israeli” police are questioning Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for a 12th time as part of their investigations into corruption allegations.

Investigators arrived Friday at Netanyahu's official residence in al-Quds [Jerusalem] as protesters gathered outside with a large banner bearing Netanyahu's face and the words "crime minister" and chanting slogans calling for justice.

“Israeli” media reports said that Netanyahu’s 12th grilling by the police may not be his last investigation.

Netanyahu will be questioned at his official residence in al-Quds, possibly with regards to evidence provided by Nir Hefetz, a former spokesperson for the Netanyahu family turned witness.

Bibi is currently embroiled in three separate corruption scandals, and there was no official confirmation as to which he would be questioned on.

In the first case, dubbed “Case 1,000”, police allege Netanyahu accepted around 1 million shekels ($280,000) worth of luxury gifts from a number of wealthy benefactors in exchange for favorable government treatment.

A second case, “Case 2,000”, centers on an arrangement between Netanyahu and “Yedioth Ahronoth” publisher Arnon Mozes to limit circulation of the newspaper's main rival in exchange for more favorable coverage.

In yet another case, “Case 4,000”, it is alleged that Netanyahu made concessions benefiting telecommunication giant Bezeq's controlling shareholder Shaul Elovitch in exchange for positive media coverage of him and his wife Sara on Elovitch's popular news website “Walla”.

Police had no immediate comment.

Netanyahu was last questioned by police in August concerning a corruption case involving the entity’s telecom giant.

The “Israeli” PM has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing, dismissing the accusations as a media "witch hunt."
