‘Israel’ Fears Hezbollah Weapons Gains: Blocking Them ‘Top Priority’
Local Editor
Eleven years after the July 2006 war against Lebanon, fears from Hezbollah's improved missiles and rockets' accuracy made the Zionist army's "top priority" is to stop them, according to Chief of ‘Israeli' occupation army, Lt.-Gen. Gadi Eisenkot.
Speaking at the Knesset Foreign Affairs Committee, Eisenkot claimed the ‘Israeli' army has used the time since the ‘Second Lebanon War' to dramatically improve its abilities, and now has better intelligence and operational capabilities than ever before.
Eisenkot further noted that the ‘Israelis' "should put things in perspective and not panic" regarding what he referred to as Hezbollah's underground weapons factories.
Separately, the Zionist official called on MKs not to criticize ‘Israeli' officers in public, because ‘they are acting on orders from the political level.'
