One year after its June war against Lebanon, "Israel" is recalling the substantial advice given by Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah to "Israeli" leaders, just hours before they convened their security cabinet to assess the capturing of the two "Israeli" soldiers. "Let us go back to the day when the two "Israeli" soldiers were captured and let us see how Nasrallah mocked us," Tsevi Yitzhaki, the specialist in Arab affair in the "Israeli" television told his guests. Sayyed Nasrallah said on that day: "Olmert is a new Prime Minister and the minister of defense is new as well as the chief of staff. I advise them, before they hold their meeting at eight o`clock, to ask their predecessors about their experience in Lebanon." Yitzhaki then commented saying: "Nasrallah is amazing. They were about to hold a meeting at eight o`clock and he told them that the Lebanese quagmire is waiting for them. Nasrallah knew what was about to happen."
Not taking Sayyed Nasrallah`s advice had it`s clear impact on Olmert, Amir Peretz and Dan Halutz, whose embarrassment of the outcome of the war kept them away from most sensitive official ceremonies, especially those held in memory of "Israeli" occupation soldiers killed in Lebanon.
"Was it necessary, was there no other possibility, did the politicians do everything in their power to prevent this loss of lives and was the army prepared," newly appointed Defense Minister, former Prime Minister Ehud Barak
Since the end of the war, the political and military establishments in the Zionist entity have been in a state of insanity, according to an "Israeli" military analyst. Drills and exercises have been stepped up in recent months, pushing the region into a state of preparedness as if war is inevitably coming.
