Hizbullah Secretary General His Eminence Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, warned that "the resistance is targeted today and that there exists forces which seek to destroy the resistance movements and regimes for the sake of "Israel"."

"There are attempts to discredit the resistance movements in Palestine and Lebanon and some are working to eliminate them," he stated.

In a ceremony commemorating the death of Sheikh Abd Nasr al-Jabri, His Eminence stressed that "the resistance is targeted today and defending it is everyone's responsibility."

In parallel, Sayyed Nasrallah cautioned that ""Israel" today is working on targeting all those who defend the resistance or have resistant thought."

In this context, he accused "Israel" of being responsible for the assassination of the Tunisian martyr Mohamed Zouari and earlier Martyr Leader Hassan Lakkis.

However, His Eminence assured that "the axis of resistance will emerge victorious and stronger from this global war against it in all countries."

Meanwhile, Sayyed Nasrallah viewed that "we are in dire need today for people like the late Sheikh al-Jabri, especially within the existence of the Takfiri battle that has escalated towards killing, slaughter and captivity."

His Eminence further said: "Our Islamic world is today facing a very dangerous phenomena with Takfiris given the right to express viewpoints without any boundaries."

"There are those who open the doors and call for killing and slaughter, while they rush towards closing the resistance channels," he added.

He also clarified that the Islamic nation is facing its worst threats in the form of terrorism and Takfirism, urging all sides to behave responsibly and isolate those who spread sedition.

"The takfiris were serving the Zionist scheme so "Israel" would become the strongest army in the region after the Lebanese resistance defeated it [in 2006]," he said, urging the Islamic nation to assume its responsibility in order to isolate and silence extremists.

"We should collaborate, unite and cooperate to fend off these dangers," he said.

In another context, Sayyed Nasrallah denounced the Bahraini regime for receiving and welcoming a Zionist movement to its territories.

"The Bahriani people and scholars have not forgotten Palestine, despite the normalization of the Bahraini government with "Israel" a long time ago," His Eminence assured.

In conclusion, the Resistance Leader said: "We will confront sedition with forgiveness, brotherhood and local settlements. They want us to be submerged with blood, but our hands will remain extended [to rivals] and [we will engage] in dialogue and seek to resolve all problems politically."
