A Daesh [Arabic acronym for the terrorist "ISIS" group] flag and a bomb were found at a house in a Brussels district during a search conducted by Belgian police in connection with Tuesday morning blasts, prosecutors said.

The explosive device found at a house in the Schaerbeek municipality contained nails, Belgian prosecutors said. Some chemicals were also found during the search.

In further details, Belgian federal prosecutor Frederic Van Leeuw announced at a press conference that raids are being conducted all across the country in the wake of this morning's terror attacks. The official added that a possible connection between the Brussels blasts and the Paris attacks is still being investigated.

Relatively, three male suspects were captured by CCTV at Brussels Airport before the deadly blasts, the prosecutor said. An image showing the three men has been also released.

Two of them, who can be seen wearing black jumpers and what looks like black gloves, possibly hid a trigger for a bomb and "seem to have committed suicide attacks," according to the prosecutor, while the third man, who was wearing a light-colored jacket and a hat, "is actively being sought."

In the same context, police released a wanted notice for this suspect, with Reuters reporting a government official as saying that the man was seen running away from the airport building.

More explosive devices were found at the airport in the evening, news agencies reported, citing a police source.

According to another law enforcement source, a suspicious object was neutralized by bomb technicians at the airport, which is still cordoned off.

Daesh had claimed formal responsibility for the attacks which killed at least 34 people and injured almost 200 across the city.

Fourteen people died and more than 92 were injured after two suicide bombers hit Brussels Zaventem airport just after 8am this morning.

It was revealed that terrorists forced families to run towards a suicide bomber amid the carnage.

Police believe the gang sent panicking passengers scattering for exits as one set off a suitcase bomb and others opened fire with assault weapons in the packed terminal.

But the terrified crowds unwittingly sprinted straight towards a waiting accomplice who then detonated a bomb belt among them.
