Have you ever wondered who finances "ISIL"? Not to mention who conducts and how the process of recruiting militants occurs?

The aforementioned questions are to be answered while demonstrating how the US funded the very enemy it was supposed to be trying to destroy.

Up to 4,000 central Asian migrants were said to have travelled to Syria after being recruited by Chechens in Moscow.

According to a report, ""ISIS" was actively recruiting allies in Afghanistan and sending them to Tajikistan" as quoting Russian foreign minister, Sergei Lavrov.

It added that Hairullo Nazarov the brother of the head Tajik detachment of "ISIL" Nusrat Nazarov declared that "everyone who comes from Moscow now says that Chechens come to the mosques and the building sites, explaining to migrants that they have to go live in Syria, where the caliphate is."

Hairullo continued, "I think that those who go there, to "ISIS", they hate Russia for the conditions they have to endure to live."

He added that due to the bad conditions in Russia, "...in "ISIS" they were promised both money and freedom. Why not go then? There are already 5,000 Tajiks there."

Moreover, the official Federal Migration Service data indicated that in April 2015 about one million migrants from Tajikistan were living in Russia.

Adding to that, Nazarov's acquaintances from Kulyab said that he set out for Syria from Moscow, going through Turkey, where foreigners were met by "ISIL" at the border, and were handed instructions and sent out in groups to nearby cities, usually to Gaziantep near the Mursitpinar border crossing.

In December 2013, the Syrian ambassador to Russia announced that around 1,700 people from Chechnya were fighting in "ISIL".

Further to the point, a recent report of the International Crisis Group indicated that in the last three years, between 2,000 and 4,000 people had travelled to Syria from Tajikistan.

In a related notion, Scott Bennett a US Army Special Operations Officer and a global psychological warfare-counterterrorism analyst, formerly with defense contractor Booz Allen Hamilton revealed that "the counter-terrorism war is based on lies and half-truths."

Scott Bennett asserted in a radio interview on "The Common Sense Show" that "ISIL" was funded by the CIA.

During the course of the interview, Bennett spoke extensively on how 9/11 was most likely a CIA/Mossad operation and key written records were destroyed in two locations both at Building 7 and at the Pentagon.

Not to mention that had the financial records from either site ever been made public, the present US government would have been brought to its knees because of the massive financial corruption that would have been revealed.

The interview also tackled the founding and funding of "ISIL". Bennett stated that "ISIL" got its "beginnings" from US military equipment deliberately left behind in Iraq.

Accordingly, Bennett declared that to leave unsecured weapons on a former battlefield was undoubtedly an intentional act because of the strict military protocols against such a practice.

Again, he viewed "ISIL", which is a hybrid terrorist organization, as the artificial creation of the CIA and the Mossad in a joint operation.

Ultimately, Bennett mentioned that materials in relation to Brad Birkenfeld connections [CIA-NSA-Swiss Banks-Booz Allen Hamilton-Terrorist Finance] were of critical information.

He confirmed that Birkenfeld, the Swiss banking connection oversaw money placed in Swiss bank accounts and then redistributed to terrorist organizations around the world.

Henceforth, Scott Bennett had only scratched the bare surface of how bad it was going to get in the land of the free and the former home of the brave.
