Do You Want To Fight Terrorism? With All Humility... Learn from the School of Damascus!

Syria's enemies in the West and in the region have no other option but to confess publicly and in front of all witnesses that the legendary Syrian resistance against the absurd and terrorist war has failed all plans of the enemies. In fact, the terrorist and absurd war that they have launched against Syria has been a total failure and has been to the advantage of Syria.

The enemies have actually thought that the sovereignty of the countries and the defense of its people for their rights and dignity are nothing more than formal methods that they can benefit from whenever they feel like it.

Moreover, they believe that these concepts are only restricted to their "civilized and intellectual" countries and people who can also practice their human rights. In addition, they believe that they are able to end these concepts whenever they wish and wherever they want; after that, they run away with their crime, leaving the people incapable of facing them or, in other words- of failing their orientations.

The Syrian people, the UN and many countries know that the international law and the treaty of the UN-- which is an integral part of the international law-- prevents the aggression and the conspiracy towards the sovereignty of nations and giving out weapons to anti-political regime groups in other countries. However, the lack of moral and political conduct by western countries has kept the world a hostage of the single-polar policy, the Western American pole, and its control of the political, educational, and economical situations in the world to serve the interests of the West and its institutions as well as for the well-being of its people. These Western countries believe that they have won control of all the capabilities of the world since the end of the war that they have called-- "the end of the cold war".

This matter has destroyed the credibility of the international organization which has become the field for the western orientations in all different areas. However, that does not mean at all the absence of confrontations between western countries on one side, and countries that are still trying effortfully on the other side to get the world rid of the controlling policies and to liberate the international organization in all possible ways from the West.

Most of the followers are aware of the role that Syria and other pioneering countries have played in defending the interests of developing countries in addition to its sovereignty, political and economic independence, its constant proposal for the necessity of following an approach that relied on democracy in international relations.

However, the constant crises that the West continuously faces in the financial and political matters, in addition to the failure of the global capitalist movement and the monstrous economic policies in finding a solution to the challenges faced, have led the colonial West to project its issues onto our countries. This is seen either through the alliance with undeveloped regimes that rob its people, such as what is happening in some Arab Gulf countries. This contradicts with what the West talks about concerning values; strategies, including the game of the human rights or the wise governance; or even the pledging of the right to maintain backward regimes. This would be in return for the West's "democratic" protection and providing it with millions of tons of weapons, ammunition, and the latest aircraft which has been accumulating rust due to the lack of use.

Nonetheless, importing more of them even for surplus has become a well-established policy for these regimes to fill the pockets of the rulers who have turned into brokers in the arms trade markets. This surplus has also helped in financing the electoral campaigns for some European leaders and their parties. The corruption has reached European courts. On another level, many media outlets are tackling it in order to save its professional reputation.

The ones that have planned for this Syrian war have deemed that the road to Damascus will be filled with surrender by the other side. Also, they imagined that the war would not take more than several days or weeks and in extreme cases, it would take a month or two only. However, "the field calculations didn't meet al-Baydar calculations." The terrorist conspiracy on Syria has failed due to the endurance and sacrifices of the ideological army.

Also, the Syrian leadership referred to the dignity of the Syrian people who have rejected humiliation and submission, in addition to Syria's friends, who have supported it financially, morally and politically. The ones who have helped in particular are friends in the Russian Federation and Islamic Republic of Iran, China, Cuba, Ecuador, Bolivia and other countries in Africa and Asia.

Many leaders of states and thought have criticized the West's terrorist policies against Syria and the devastating effect it is having on the world and the West itself. Even the Russian president, Vladimir Putin, confirmed that the West is using extremism as a method for geo-political change in other countries. In using this precise expression in analyzing what the international situation is going through, the Russian president has exposed the devastating role of the West in the world, today, which is to redistribute the power share in all parts of the world.

Additionally, we felt horrified from recent data and remarks of western officials who have provided us with a simple description that differs from the one they were publicizing for previously concerning the danger of terrorism that Syria and Iraq are suffering from.

In this manner, their avoidance of terrorism, which they tried to keep out of the lights in all possible, deceiving ways did not endure. They couldn't hide anything with what was going on in terms of realities on the ground. Neither could they end the terrorism that they consciously created to kill Syrians, Iraqis and to serve their goals in the region.

The French president, Francois Holland, who has the support of only 10% of the French people, declared himself publicly an enemy of Syria. He confirmed the presence of two French people within the [so-called] "Daesh" ["ISIL"] terrorist group who have carried out a mass execution against Syrian soldiers. Also, his prime minister, Manuel Valls, announced the death of 50 French citizens who have participated alongside the terrorist groups in Syria.

Moreover, the announcements of the French interior minister gave a dangerous alarm as he clearly proclaimed the arrival of more than a thousand French people to Syria and Iraq to commit terrorist attacks there.

On the contrary, US secretary of state, John Kerry demanded from the international society to "obstruct the flow of terrorists that "ISIL" is recruiting." However, he also said that: "The majority of the terrorists present in the "ISIL" organization, which are carrying out terrorist suicidal acts in Syria and Iraq or who are found in the front lines of fighting, are mostly foreign militants. They are foreign terrorists that have been recruited and ordered to commit the most atrocious of crimes."

We are saying nothing but the truth when we mention what the American official and the French president along with his prime minister have stated. They have professed for the first time that Syria, Iraq and other countries in the region are facing terrorism.

However, these officials, along with other ones in Europe, are still hiding back half of the truth-- which is their lack of courage in identifying who is supporting these terrorists and providing them with arms in addition to financing and training them to kill Syrians and Iraqis and cut the heads of Americans, French and British people who are known to give out humane help.

We have previously confirmed and we will do so once again that it is closer to impossible to buy that the Western security appliances have no idea about these terrorists and their goals on one side. It is also impossible to believe that the West has no idea about the role that the Turkish, Saudi, or Gulf countries are playing in financing these terrorists and arming them to kill Syrians , Iraqis, Egyptians and Libyans.

While in Switzerland, the federal office of the Swiss police organized a workshop which aimed at preventing [extremists] from travelling to "conflict zones". In a statement, the Swiss government stated that the number of Swiss [extremists] that are joining illegal fighting and terrorist acts has exceeded the limit.

The issuance of reports by the United Nations bodies involved in the combatting of terrorism pointed out that the number of foreign terrorists in Syria and Iraq has exceeded 15,000. Despite these reports, we come to wonder: Why have Europe and the United States and their puppets in the region just now awoken to realize the dangers that terrorism poses to Syria, Iraq, and the world?

We will not hesitate to give the answer to that question. The answer which the leaders of the West do not dare say to their people is that they have no courage to confess the mistakes they have committed, neither the media misrepresentation that they practiced on many levels to justify their role in all of what happened concerning murder and destruction in Syria, and later in Iraq and Libya. That was from one side. On the other hand, the threat of the return of these terrorists to the cities and states that they came from has become imminent. Moreover, it has become impossible for Hollande and Cameron, in particular, to hide it.

We also emphasize that the European people and others will not be deceived by the lie of the presence of a so-called] "moderate" armed opposition. Also, they will not believe that it is justifiable to support that kind of opposition. In other words, the [so- called] "Free Army" that Erdogan and Hollande insist is a "moderate" opposition in contrast to "Daesh" and "al-Nusrah", is in fact the armed organization that the other two groups learned from how to cut off heads, and eat kidneys and hearts. In sum, the real capable organization of multiplying in extremism and takfirism in addition to creating the "al-Qaeda" group with its sub-groups-- "Daesh", "al-Nusrah", "The Free Army", "the Islamic Army" and many others-- is the only Wahabi thought.

Wahabism is the school which Al-Saud enforced on our people in Najad, al-Hijaz, and others in the region and in the world.

If the West and the parties that side with it really had the intention of fighting terrorism in a faithful and diligent manner, in addition to implementing the resolutions 1373, 2170, 2178 of Security Council which call for fighting terrorism and to stop funding it and end the publicity for it, we would humbly say that the road to it is very clear. ‘Damascus' is the key word. They should all line up at the gates of Damascus in order to learn how it fought terrorism and how it endured. They should learn how Damascus furthered the danger away from the rest of the people of the world. In addition, it preserved the dignity and sovereignty of Syria and its cultural and human role in the past, today and tomorrow.
