Zionist Finance Minister Yair Lapid acknowledged that the current manhunt by the Tel Aviv regime in occupied West Bank has other objectives than merely finding the Zionists who recently went missing.

Zionist Minister: Zionist Manhunt Operation Meant as Plot to Break Hamas-Fatah Pact

Lapid told Zionist media on Friday that the search for the three illegal settlers meant to ‘break' Hamas and its reconciliation deal with Fatah.

The Zionist regime has accused Hamas of kidnapping the Zionists, who were allegedly abducted in the occupied West Bank earlier this month [June].

However, Hamas rejects the claim, saying Tel Aviv seeks to sabotage the recent reconciliation accord reached between Hamas and Fatah, which led to the formation of the Palestinian national unity government.

Several Palestinians have been killed in fresh Zionist raids in the occupied West Bank and the besieged Gaza Strip as Zionist forces press ahead with operations to find the missing Zionists.

Meanwhile, Hamas warned the Zionist regime on Friday of expelling its leaders from occupied West Bank to seized Gaza in connection with the three Zionists that recently went missing.

Hamas spokesman Sami Abu Zuhri said on Friday that if Tel Aviv realizes its threat of expelling Hamas leaders to Gaza, the regime would be "opening the gates of hell."

Palestinian officials from Hamas lashed out at both the Zionists and Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas, who is assisting the Tel Aviv regime in the manhunt operation for the three missing Zionists.

Abbas's position does not reflect the mood of the Palestinian public, Abu Zuhri said.

Moreover, Palestinian Liberation Organization's official Jibril Rajoub said on Thursday that the Zionist regime only understands language of kidnapping.

On Friday, Palestinian medics said a young Palestinian was killed in the village of Dura in the occupied West Bank.

The Zionist regime said it arrested 25 people overnight in some 200 towns, refugee camps and cities in the occupied West Bank, totaling 330 arrests including 240 from Hamas.
