Hizbullah Secretary General His Eminence Sayyed Hassan Narallah assured that the risk of terrorist bombings has considerably dropped, hailing the measures executed on both sides of the Lebanese-Syrian borders.

Sayyed Nasrallah to As-Safir Newspaper: Threat of Syrian Regime’s Collapse Over In an exclusive interview with As-Safir Lebanese daily, Sayyed Nasrallah said that Syria is not facing the threat of collapse anymore, and has overcome the danger of repartition.
The daily will publish the first part of the interview concerning Syria events on Monday.

Moreover, he considered that the military choice [against the regime] has failed, noting that the battle in Syria is not aimed at creating democracy and justice or combating corruption, but rather at changing Syria's position and stance, given the several offers that have been received by Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.

In addition, Sayyed Nasrallah saw that the majority of countries today voice support for political solution, and expected the Russian stance to become more firm in the coming period.

Sayyed Nasrallah further expressed his satisfaction over the course of events in southern Syria and on its northern border, noting that the Syria events have come to realize "Israel's" most important choices after its failure in the July 2006 war. He referred to the increasing "Israeli" concerns over Galilee and its fear of Iran, which is increasing day after day.

Also, Sayyed Nasrallah accentuated the importance of adhering to the Resistance people as well as the Resistance's incubating environment saying "We do not have a problem with our supporters regarding our involvement in Syria. On the contrary, some of those who were hesitant have now made up their minds and decided to support our choice."

"Some of March 14's supporters are with Hizbullah's military intervention in Syria which aims at protecting Lebanon from terrorist takfiri groups," he added.

Sayyed Nasrallah provided a comprehensive overview to what has been named the "Arab Spring", revealing he had heard a discussion a few years ago on dividing some of the Arab countries.
