Hizbullah Accepts Condolences for Martyr Lakkis

Hizbullah embraced Monday condolences and greetings for the martyrdom of leader Hassan Lakkis at al-Mujtaba complex in St. Therese-Hadath, southeastern Beirut.

Official and religious delegations attended the ceremony, asserting the necessity of the resistance to face the Zionist enemy "whose aggressive intentions threaten the Lebanese sovereignty."

Around 12:00 o'clock evening on Tuesday, December 3rd 2013, one of the Islamic Resistance leaders, Haj Hassan Hawlo Lakkis was assassinated in front of his home in the St. Therese area, upon returning home from work.

The martyred leader Hassan Lakkis spent his youth, in fact all his lifetime serving this honorable resistance since it came to light and until the last hours of his life.
