"Israeli" Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu wants neither a one-state solution nor a two-state solution for Palestine, but rather a no-state solution, political analyst Hamid Golpira said.

In an interview with Press TV on International Quds Day, Golpira argued, "Two-state solution, if it could happen in a proper way, even could be an acceptable thing for the people who want a one-state solution in the future. They could see it... one step towards a one-state solution."

He added that people like Mr. Netanyahu want neither a one-state solution nor a two-state solution, but more of a no state solution; "They want no state for Palestine or no viable state."

"If they want to say this piece is separated and that piece is separated; certain sovereignty does not exist; this country cannot have an army, East Jerusalem (al-Quds) does not belong there. You could say that this proposal is a no-state solution, which is totally unacceptable in every way. So, the no-state solution is not acceptable," Golpira remarked.

Nonetheless, Golpira reiterated "eventually it will be that East Jerusalem [al-Quds] is the capital of Palestine."

"Maybe soon all of the Jerusalem [al-Quds] will be one capital of the one united Palestine in a one state-solution," he expected. "There will be justice for Palestine in the future if not in the near future, but in the future it will happen."

Furthermore, Golpira urged for an international campaign "to show that "Israel" is an apartheid regime just like South Africa was an apartheid regime. And there should be a worldwide campaign with boycott, disinvestment, and sanctions against the apartheid regime of "Israel" just as there was a campaign against apartheid South Africa."
