Once again, the civil society assures its constant support to the Islamic Resistance, and its boundless support to all its strategic choices.
Following al-Quseir battles in Syria, a group of activist women decided to demonstrate their support through establishing ‘the Committee to realizing the Resistance Wounded Dreams'.
Mrs. Bazzi, along with the prominent activist Samar al-Haj and Syrian activist Rawa'a Kadour, visited several wounded Resistance fighters in Beirut's hospitals to check on them and ask what they wish.
Unsurprisingly, the wounded with various injuries, and despite all their pain expressed one hope: healing and returning back to battle, seeking martyrdom.
Abu Ali, father of four children suffering injury in his right hand repeats Sadek's words "We will continue our struggle to protect sanctities, and until liberating the Holy al-Aqsa mosque".
These solid wills and high morals demonstrated by the wounded mujahideen were foreseen to the delegation. "You are the men of Allah, you have been achieving consecutive victories. Our humble initiative is not enough to honor you, it is in fact an honor to us, allowing us to feel that we are a little part of your journey and great sacrifices", said Samar al-Haj while visiting one of the wounded.
In this context, the founder of the initiative, Mrs. Lina Bazzi, said this is an attempt to stand along with the Wounded Association and show appreciation to Hizbullah wounded and wish them quick recovery. "This initiative allows us to express our solidarity and support to the Resistance and assure limitless support to its master Sayyed Nasrallah."
As for Mrs. Rawa'a Kadour, wife of former Syrian MP, she explained that her participation in the initiative "I have come from Syria to salute these heroes and express my pride to what they have achieved, and as appreciation to how they saved and maintained the dignity of the nation. The people of the Resistance and its supporters, from the different backgrounds and sects, will not abandon this Resistance."
