Ali Matar
An official in the Palestinian Hamas Movement Mahmoud al-Zahar reiterated "Hamas's good relationship with Hizbullah, Iran, and the rest of the countries."
In an interview with al-Ahed News, al-Zahar stressed, "The official stance of Hamas Movement from the beginning of the Syrian crisis was clear not to intervene in Syrian affairs, and not deter from fighting the "Israeli" enemy."
Moreover, al-Zahar stressed the importance of "keeping Syria strong and maintaining good relationships with Iran, Syria, Hizbullah, Turkey, and all countries."
"We were against the foreign intervention in Syria from the very beginning, and we dissociated ourselves from this matter. Our stance was aligned with Arab countries before intervening in Syria and was also in tune with Hizbullah's stance," he added.
