Three vehicles were set on fire overnight near a mosque in the village of Umm al-Qutuf in Wadi Ara and graffiti was sprayed on the wall of the mosque, reading "price-tag" alongside the alleged Star of David.
Ali Kabha, chairman of the Umm al-Qutuf committee stated on this note, "We are certain that "Israelis" were the ones who did it. This is the first time a nationalistically-motivated incident occurs in our village. We urge the police to find the offenders and punish them."
Ahmed Kabha, a resident of Umm al-Qutuf, vowed to "take the proper steps to fight this. The entire Arab sector should protest against those who carry out such acts. Light punishments legitimize further offenses."
In Safed, racist graffiti reading "Arabs out" was found sprayed in the city.
"Price Tag" attacks have targeted mosques, Palestinian homes, as well as graveyards.
Last December, Zionist extremists vandalized a monastery in Occupied al-Quds, spraying words of hatred against Christians and "Israeli" slogans on church walls and nearby vehicles.
In early September, the "Israeli" extremists torched the wooden door of al-Quds monastery and in February extremists wrote "Death to Christianity" on two other churches.
In 2011, an ancient mosque in al-Quds was torched and sprayed with the Star of David, and "A good Arab is a dead Arab" in Hebrew.
