"Israeli" Gov’t to Approve Budget, Social Protests back to Streets

"Israeli" security cabinet decided to cut approximately NIS 3 billion from the army budget, taking the remaining NIS 1 billion from Treasury reserve.

This comes as "Israeli" media expected that the Zionist entity's government will vote on budget Monday.

"Israeli" Finance Minister Yair Lapid's 2013-2014 budget proposed to cut NIS 4 billion from the military budget, but after meeting all throughout the day Sunday and well into the night, Tel Aviv security cabinet decided to cut less than the proposed NIS 4 billion.

Though most "Israeli" ministers are expected to vote in favor of the budget, Environmental Protection Minister Amir Peretz has protested its effects on the "Israelis".

Meanwhile, thousands of "Israelis" returned to the streets yo protest the proposed budget.
The recently publicized budget proposal, which includes many harsh austerity measures formulated by Finance Minister Yair Lapid .
The biggest demonstration took place in Tel Aviv, which drew 10,000 protesters. Smaller demonstrations were held in Occupied al-Quds, Haifa, and Ashdod.

People filled the streets of central Tel Aviv on Saturday in what was described as the kickoff event of the new social protest movement. The protesters, carried signs reading "Yair, get out of my pocket" and "money + government = underworld." The crowd also yelled out similar slogans.

During the course of the evening, some demonstrators tried to block sections of the highways.
The protest organizers vowed that they will continue to stage more events in the coming weeks.
