Bahraini Activist Abdulhadi al-Khawaja Lost 7kg of Weight

Khadija al-Moussawi, Bahraini legal activist Abdulhadi al-Khawaja's wife, stated, "My husband, on hunger strike, lost 7kg of his weight," underscoring that he was banned from meeting his attorney Mohammad al-Jeshi because he refused to wear the prison attire.

 Moreover, al-Moussawi pointed out that her husband told her that the activist Mohammad Hassan Jawad requested his participation in his sister's memorial (Minister of Media Affairs Samira Rajab's mother), however the official authorities refused it.
Al-Moussawi had reiterated that her husband being on hunger strike is linked to his daughter Zeinab al-Khawaja, who is forbidden to have visitors because she wouldn't wear the official attire, being on hunger strike.
