He further voiced sympathy with the bereaved families of the victims and in the injured.
"Undoubtedly, the main responsibility of the repetition of such crimes would be on the agents and the countries supporting them," Mehmanparast stated.

In parallel, he emphasized Tehran's constant stances of the need for comprehensive endeavors for peaceful settlement of Syria crisis. "Iran considers continued stability and security of the region lying on commitment to political solution to the Syria crisis," he added.
The Iranian official urged all the human rights organizations and institutions to condemn the horrible crime and fulfill their grave responsibility to that effect.

Earlier, Iran's deputy foreign minister for Arab and African affairs emphasized the Syrian nation will not allow foreign elements to draw the country's political roadmap.
"The solution for the problems in Syria is solely political and the people of the country will not allow foreigners to decide for them from the outside," Hossein Amir-Abdollahian said.

The Iranian diplomat condemned foreign intervention in Syria, and slammed the arming of the Syrian militants as well as the inaction toward the ongoing violence in the Arab country as the alliance of the "extremism and state terrorism."
