As-Safir Lebanese daily reported Monday that Syrian President Bashar al-Assad voiced confidence and relief in face of the international conspiracy his country is facing.

Al-Assad to His Visitors: Confident of State’s Ability to Confront TerroristsAccording to al-Assad's visitors, the Syria President assured that "the equation turned."
"The state will continue to consolidate its feet even if the war dragged on," he confirmed, and noted that "the battle is no longer between a regime and opposition, but between the state and terrorists."
He further confirmed that "the fighting will continue until the elimination of all terrorists, regardless of the prices."

As he reiterated his confidence with the regime and army, al-Assad talked of many evidences that the army is capable of resolving a number of deferred battles.
Meanwhile, he expressed confidence that "the incubating environment for terrorists is radically changing."

"Many people are helping the army find the militant's hideouts," Al-Assad stated, and pointed out that "hundreds of militants were killed due to the people's help."
On the international scene, President al-Assad stressed that the alliance with Russia and Iran is strategic.

"This alliance established and strengthened its pillars in face of attempts to attack Syria through the Security Council or the United Nations," he stressed.
