“Israeli” Army Enhances Cyber-Shield System

The "Israel" military Forces aim at doubling the number of soldiers whose job is to defend the "Israeli" military against cyber-attacks.
According to "Israeli" Haaretz daily, "Israel" intends -over the next year- to increase the size of its computer courses, with dozens of additional soldiers being trained for such post.
"The military activities have evolved in recent years in the fields of cyber-attacks and defenses," the daily mentioned.
It further revealed that the "Israeli" Eavesdropping Department in the "Israeli" army established new departments that seek to deal with cyber-military attacks."
Meanwhile, the principal of Computers in the Eavesdropping Department, Commander A. said "The overall scene, over the recent years, shows a significant and dramatic evolution in the world of technology and information systems."
"There are military priorities that range from the threats of boys learning through the "YouTube" to reach the major countries," she said, and noted that "we must defend our front."
In parallel, the daily highlighted that "the "Israeli" soldiers who have completed their courses in cyber-defense have been involved in air and sea missions as well as intelligence and eavesdropping ones."
