"Israel" Poll: 43% See Economic Issues Most Important, 7% for Regional Instability

In new "Israeli" poll, only 16% put Palestinian issue top, 12% cite the Iranian threat, and 7% choose concerns about regional instability, The Times of "Israel" reported in a poll it recently conducted.
"Israeli" Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's Likud-Beytenu alliance want to focus on security and diplomacy files this elections, however, voters are concerned with domestic socioeconomic issues, according to a pre-election poll.
The survey included six issues in which respondents chose one they believe to be the most important issue facing the next "Israeli" government:
1. The Iranian threat
2. Deterioration of relations with the Palestinians in West Bank and Gaza
3. Instability in countries of the region such as Syria, Egypt, and Lebanon
4. Economic issues, such as the cost of living and housing prices
5. Education
6. Enlistment and integration into the workforce of the ultra-Orthodox
The poll showed that:
- 43% of likely voters wish that the next government should address economic issues.
- 16% chose concern over a deterioration of relations with the Palestinians.
- 13% of voters chose Education to be the most important issue.
- The Iranian threat, however, was only 12%.
- Instability in regional countries came in at 7%.
