"Innocence of Muslims Birth" is the first Arab-Syrian film casted by a group of young Syrian volunteers from all sects, to be released in Damascus soon.
The distinctiveness of this movie was its specific time of release, as well as the humility of its funding and directing, in light of Syria's current crisis, in a 17-minute drama-documentary, distributed by a 12-minute drama and a 5-minute documentary.
Moreover, the movie stressed "the unity of all Syrian sects", since the scenario writer Naim al-Homsi is a Christian, the director Walid Darwiche a Muslim Shiite, and the producing company is to a Muslim Sunnis.
Syrian Movie Reveals Arab Spring Facts
Scenario writer al-Homsi unveiled facts that answered numerous questions on the relation between the insulting US movie and the Arab Spring, and the role the secession leaders had played in defending the American movie producer.
"Once the defaming movie's scenario and content was accepted by the International Union for Muslim Scholars, the [American] producer asked for an extra 25 million dollars from Qatar Holdings to produce this slandering movie entitled ‘Innocence of Muslims'."
Moreover, al-Homsi accentuated that, "these facts were placed in the documentary segment of the [Syrian] movie, exposing many secrets such as the role of the Zionist movement in the Arab Spring."
"Innocence of Muslims Birth" to Surprise Syrians
Moreover, the Syrian scenario writer reiterated the comeback movie to be a message from the Syrian youth that despite the crisis, "Syrians are still able to defend religious symbols of any religious sect."
He further highlighted that "the end theme song will hold a surprise for Syria and its people."
Al-Homsi praised his movie as being the "first Syrian-Arab movie comeback on the defaming movie of the Messenger of Allah Mohammad (pbuh), and is translated in five languages; English, French, Persian, Chinese, and Russian."
Syrian Movie Reiteration on National Unity
The Syrian director Walid Darwiche stressed that "the film conveyed a message to the outside world that we still defend our land and symbols, and the Syrian youth, despite artistic and financial limitations, were able to produce a film that exposed the Zionist conspiracy..."
"Innocence of Muslims" is a movie produced by American Nakoula Basseley Nakoula that slandered the holy figure of Prophet Mohammad (pbuh) and defamed the image of Islam. Muslims all over the world strongly condemned the movie and demanded Google and YouTube to block the movie from the Internet.
The amateur producer, who went by the alias Sam Bacile, was later arrested and charged with violating terms of his probation, and was sentenced to one year in prison and four years of supervised release on four charges.
