Al-Ahednews site revealed Monday that "an armed group composed of 30 members tried to infiltrate into Syria, Sunday evening, from the Lebanese territories."
In details, the group moved from al-Namat region, near al-Qaa on the eastern side of the Jose border.

"The group clashed with the Lebanese Army that responded to the sources of fire," the site mentioned, and noted that "it forced the attacking group to retreat towards the Jura after injuring a number of its members."

It further reported that "among the wounded is B.H. Amon from Arsal, who was transferred to Hermel's governmental hospital, under the LA's custody."

Meanwhile, al-Ahednews learned that that the current situation in the region is quiet and the army patrols it to maintain security and to hunt the fleeing militants, who attacked a military post in al-Qaa.
