More than 20 "Israelis" were injured on Wednesday, 5 in critical condition, in an explosion on a bus in central "Israeli" capital, Tel Aviv.
"Israeli" sources said the blast was not immediately clear.
"There are about 17 people wounded, three are in serious condition," emergency services spokesman Zaki Heller told public radio.

Qualitative Operation in Tel Aviv: Palestinian Resistance Blasts Bus "There was an apparent explosion on a bus in Shaul HaMelech Street in Tel Aviv. The background and circumstances are not clear yet," "Israeli" police spokeswoman Luba Samri told AFP.
For his part, "Israeli" Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu described the explosion as "a terrorist attack."
"Israeli" Channel 2 reported that it was not a self-sacrifice operation bombing and thus police were searching the area for additional explosive devises.

Moreover, the channel mentioned that "Israeli" police arrested a suspect near the Ramat Gan diamond exchange, who they believe may be carrying an explosive device.

TV images showed the bus with its windows blown out and its metal frame contorted from the force of the blast, in images reminiscent of scenes from the 2000-2005 Palestinian uprising.

The front window was completely shattered and glass littered the floor as the wounded were loaded into ambulances by an army of medics.
Meanwhile, Palestinian Resistance factions welcomed the qualitative operation.
In its statement, Hamas welcomed "the martyrdom operation" and affirmed that "it is a natural reply to the massacre of the Dallu family and the targeting of Palestinian civilians."

It was referring to 11 members of a Gaza family, mostly women and children, who were massacred in an "Israeli" air strike on Sunday.
