Qabbani Urges Arabs, Muslims to Back Palestinians

The grand Mufti of the Lebanese Republic Sheikh Mohammed Rashid Qabbani condemned Friday the "Israeli" aggression against the Gaza strip, describing the "Israeli" offensive as a barbaric and criminal act.

In parallel, the Mufti urged the international community, United Nations, Security Council, the Arab League and Islamic Conference to put an end to the "Israeli" onslaught against the Palestinians.
Moreover, he called all Muslims and Arabs to back the Palestinians in Gaza Strip against the Israeli aggression.

"The plight of the Palestinians in Gaza evokes the feelings of all the Arabs and Muslims who should express support and solidarity with the Palestinians to face the criminal "Israeli" aggression against all the humanity," he said.

In parallel, Sheikh Qabbani hailed the resistance and steadfastness of the Palestinian people in the face of the "Israeli" arrogance.
He further condoled the families of the martyrs and wished the wounded a speedy recovery.
