Amine As-Sayyed: Sectarian Provocation to Leave Behind Conflict with “Israel”
Local Editor
Head of Hizbullah Political Council His Eminence Sayyed Ibrahim Amine As-Sayyed saw that certain Lebanese parties were disappointed and frustrated from the resistance's victories in 2000 and 2006, and now stand up to the resistance again.
In a ceremony on Martyrs Day in Buday, in the Bekaa region, His Eminence stated that, "they oppose the resistance by adopting slogans like ‘Impartial Lebanon', ‘settling with "Israel"', and the ‘Iranian' resistance, which all aim at setting Lebanon's conflict with "Israel" aside."
"Any Muslim-Christian or Muslim-Muslim struggle is a deceiving façade that aims at igniting tension amongst ourselves and setting the "Israeli" battle aside," as-Sayyed accentuated.
He further warned to not believe these deceptive methods that intend on "eradicating the Lebanese individual's beliefs and policies through sectarian turmoil".
