Sayyed Safieddine: Resistance Allowed Lebanon to Excavate Oil from Sea

Head of Hizbullah Executive Board His Eminence Sayyed Hashem Safieddine stressed that the resistance imposes new balances today to take Lebanon to a new level.

In a ceremony on Martyrs Day and the Annual Memorial of the first self-sacrifice martyr Ahmad Kassir held in the Southern village of Deir Kanoun Naher, Sayyed Safieddine stated, "When we said that self-sacrifice martyrs began a new era, we meant that we have taken a wide path that will only broaden and stretch."
Since the beginning of the resistance and up-to-date, Lebanon has become much stronger and protected. While facing the Zionists plots and conspiracies, it exploits Lebanon's vast natural resources, His Eminence said.

"If the resistance wasn't strong and ready, Lebanon would have not been able to make use of the petrol found in our sea," Sayyed Safieddine stated.

The Hizbullah Official further mentioned the Lebanese people's joy of the petrol administrative committee formation, stating that petrol excavations will take place in the next few years. "We will lead on this path, but there are those who do not adopt this approach," he added.

His Eminence confirmed that some corrupt leaderships-in Lebanon and the region- believe the resistance is their enemy. "The Ayoub Drone", he implied, "Bothers the Zionists but inconceivably irritates some Lebanese people".

He further indicated, "Some target the resistance arms, which only suggests the refusal to protect Lebanon," underscoring that, "it is our right to accuse and question some of how Lebanon should be protected." He noted that those who oppose the resistance weapons hold non-Lebanese suspicious plots.

He also asserted that this government must always be supported so that crucial political, administrative, economic, and social decisions are made.

Sayyed Safieddine accentuated that the mentality which destroyed Libya, Egypt, Syria, and Iraq is the same mentality that is sneaking into Lebanon through certain parties who do not know the repercussions of their actions.

Moreover, His Eminence stated that the resistance endured all sectarian provocation with patience and self-control so that unity would prevail.

The ceremony included a theatrical show and a group of Mujahideen who pledged allegiance to the resistance and martyrs. His Eminence then placed a diadem of roses on Martyr Ahmad Kassir's grave among other martyrs graves.
