Dozens, Killed Injured in Blast near Sayyeda Zainab

Terrorists on Thursday blew up a car in Najha area in Sayyeda Zainab in Damascus countryside, claiming the lives of 3 citizens and injuring many others.

In this context, SANA state agency quoted a source at the Police Command in Damascus Countryside as saying: "The blast was carried out by a car loaded with large amount of explosives."
In parallel, the source informed that "Engineering units foiled an attempt by the terrorists to detonate two explosives on the road linking between Sayyeda Zainab and al-Bahdaliya in Damascus Countryside."
In Damascus, armed groups fired a number of mortar shells on al-Midan neighborhood in Damascus, killing and wounding a number of citizens.

Meanwhile, two citizens were killed while others were injured as rebels opened fire with their machineguns on mass rally in al-Marjeh area in Aleppo. The protest demanded the armed groups to get out of the area and called upon the Syrian army to interfere.
