"Israel" on Thursday issued a detailed plan for the building of some 800 new outposts on the occupied West Bank Palestinian land.

A planning "Israeli" committee issued a call for bids from contractors to start building 797 housing units on the western slopes of the settlement of Gilo, an area that "Israel" seized in the 1967 Middle East war and later declared part of Occupied East al-Quds.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has called elections for Jan. 22.
According to "Israeli" media, "Israeli" Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, intends to submit re
commendations for legalizing the outpost, built on privately-owned Palestinian lands in the West Bank. Netanyahu will soon be submitting the recommendation to his ministerial council; once approved, illegal and random "Israeli" settlement outposts will be considered "legal" under "Israeli" law and will start receiving services from the government.
Netanyahu is trying to implement recommendations made by a retired judge, identified as Edmond Levi, regarding measures concerning the legalization of random outposts.

Levi claimed that "Israel" is not an occupying lands, and must ease what he called "restrictions imposed on Jewish settlers living in the West Bank".
"Levi submitted his recommendations to Netanyahu last June, but the recommendations were never published," "Israeli" Ynet News reported.

Also, Likud Member of Knesset , Yisraek Katz, stated that the "Israeli" government wants to resolve daily issues that affect the lives of the settlers in order to allow them to live "the same way other "Israelis" live."
