“Israeli” Police, Settlers Invade al-Aqsa, Assault Worshipers

"Israeli" police invaded al-Aqsa Holy mosque compound after weekly prayers on Friday.

The police attacked worshipers with stun grenades and tear gas, and arrested several, as worshipers staged a protest against the illegal Jewish settlers entering of the mosque compound earlier during the week.
"Israelis" have made repeated threats to demolish al-Aqsa mosque in order to build a Jewish temple in its stead.

Photos published by Zalameh@BDS4Justice on twitter, a witness who was present at the mosque showed policemen stationed outside the Haram el Sharif mosque.
"Settler invasions of Aqsa are daily, this is nothing new, we just need to wake up." wrote the Twitter user Zalameh, whose eyewitness reports on the Aqsa invasion were circulated around the web.

On a related note, "Israeli" tourists celebrating the Jewish fall harvest, Sukkot, attacked Muslims at the mosque. A large mob beat a group of Palestinians.
The al-Aqsa Foundation for the Islamic Waqf and Heritage said around 140 "Israelis" toured the mosque, sparking physical and verbal scuffles with Muslims praying at the compound.

The attack comes as the latest example of violence in which large groups of "Israelis" assault Palestinians in broad daylight.
