"Israeli" Soldiers Forced to Participate In Nerve Gas Experiments

A new development in the "Israeli" scandal: "Israeli" army conducting a series of experiments on its soldiers, specifically on the Paratrooper Brigade. A testimony was given by an "Israelite" "ethicist" who worked for the "Israeli" security establishment for a long time before the court looking into the lawsuits of eighteen paratrooper soldiers filed against the army. The paratroopers claim they have been forced to participate in nerve gas experiments, as a condition for volunteering in the brigade.

Medical experiments may be carried out on soldiers on condition that the experiment contributes "to building the military force," declared the ethicist Prof. Asa Kasher in an opinion for court obtained by Haaretz.

Kasher, who authored the ""Israel" Defense Forces" Code of Conduct, was also a member of the committee that permitted anthrax experiments on Nahal Brigade soldiers. Despite his years of work for the military, Kasher was appointed an objective expert by the Lod District Court in a petition served by 18 former paratroopers against the army in 2008.

The petition relates to an incident in the early 1970s. According to the plaintiffs, their induction into the paratroops was conditioned on participating in a nerve gas experiment. Kasher, was brought by the court to present his ethical opinion on the issue in February this year. In his view, medical experiments on soldiers are desirable and even justified. Kasher's opinion examines the justification of asking soldiers to endanger their lives in order to immunize them from greater dangers in the future.

Head of The Planning Department at the Israeli Navy: We are Not Able to Protect Our Naval Facilities

In a report for "Israel's" Channel 10 defense reporter Alon Ben David on the protection of "Israeli" gas wells in the Mediterranean, he stressed that the task of protecting gas installations, have not been the responsibility of Navy yet. But in the past year, senior navy commanders became experts on the subject of gas, and have prepared plans to protect gas fields at a cost of three billion shekels (nearly one billion dollars), to provide the Navy with extra four warships.

The defense reporter asked the head of the planning department at the "Israeli" Navy about the possible firing of a land-to-sea missile by our enemies, such as Syria, for example. "We have estimated that these gas wells and facilities, will be a target for our enemies, so with the lack of an appropriate operational response, it is not difficult to target them," said the Colonel.

The reporter added, "critics say that the "Israeli" navy, found an excuse in order to justify buying new warships, but in fact, we have seen many attacks on the gas pipeline, which is supposed to bring gas from Egypt to "Israel", and this is a reality, but this time it is different, it is about gaseous "Israeli" installations and wells that are supposed to provide energy for our consumers for at least dozens of years," in reference to the importance of working to protect these facilities, and not just planning, and declaring attitudes and statements, in light of the actual lack of the ability to protect.
