Chanting "Allah is the Greatest", "Smash the black hands of Jews" and "We won't tolerate insult to our great prophet", the protesters held rowdy demonstrations outside the Baitul Mokarram Mosque, the country's largest, after the Friday prayers. Yet, at their attempt to approach the US Embassy, they were stopped as hundreds of policemen had blocked the way and were equipped with water cannons miles away from the embassy.
In Occupied Palestine, "Israeli" police have attacked Palestinians protesting against an anti-Islam film insulting the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) in the occupied al-Quds (Jerusalem).
Protesters waved the flags of the Hamas and Islamic Jihad movements, and set fire to American flags, chanting "Death, death to America, death, death to "Israel"."
"Israeli" soldiers fired tear gas and stun grenades on hundreds of Palestinians protesters, injuring at least five.
Also, in the Sudanese capital, almost 5,000 protesters stormed the embassies of Britain and Germany, which was torched and badly damaged, AFP reported.
Police fired tear gas to disperse the protesters who tore down the flag to replace it with an Islamic one.

They said those behind the sacrilegious act must be brought to justice. Bahraini Security forces have reportedly blocked roads leading to the US embassy.
Indonesians, for their part, have staged a demonstration outside the American Embassy in the capital Jakarta over the blasphemous anti-Islam film made by the US, saying the movie is a declaration of ‘war'.
Also, more than 2,000 Jordanians took to the streets on Friday to express their anger about the insulting film. They torched US flags and called for the expulsion of US ambassador.
Moreover, thousands of angry Kashmiri Muslims protested Friday against an anti-Islam film, burning US flags and calling President Barack Obama a "terrorist," while the top government cleric here reportedly demanded Americans leave the volatile Indian-controlled region immediately.
Also, protesters threw stones at the US Consulate, shattering some windows and burning Obama in effigy.
Meanwhile, a US intelligence bulletin, issued by the FBI and Department of Homeland Security, warns that such violence could become a domestic problem as well.
