Kirya Base Will Be Evacuated Under Rocket Fire
Channel 2

According to estimates in the "Israeli" army, the "Israeli" security command center represents a main target in any future war, both because of its huge significance and its location in the center of Gush Dan. Channel 2 online has been informed about the Kirya plan in the upcoming confrontation.

While the talk continues about the possibility of an attack on Iran and the front's preparations for a counter strike, "IDF" is preparing to face a rocket attack scenario on "Israel". Channel two Online reported that recently the Kirya's -major "IDF" base- evacuation plan has been authenticated in case of an emergency.
The plan is stable staff-wise, and it is based on the nature of the evacuation procedures of HaKirya during wartime. Since HaKirya is considered a very important base located in the heart of Tel Aviv, it is then considered a weak point, where it is supposed to form a premier target for the missile attack. Looking into these factors, the evacuation plan was set last year, and allows the continuity of the security activities continuously and the evacuation of the place at the same time.

Estimate: Next War, Rear Military Front Will Be Damaged

Based on the set plan, rear soldiers will be immediately evacuated from the Kirya and those who do administrative work too. In this case their job will be executing different tasks, such as packaging of dry meals or taking care of the population. Those who remain within the borders of the Kirya base are supposed to take shelter in fortified places.

The head of the Logistics Brigade in the "Israeli" army, Brigadier General Itzik Cohen, explained the need to evacuate part of the forces in the hour of emergency because "everyone cannot be underground. It is estimated that in the next war the rear military front and bases will be damaged. Therefore, we are investing a lot of efforts during the preparations phase , in order to reduce as much as possible the damage that is supposed to happen. "
