Local Editor
The head of the "Loyalty to the Resistance Bloc" MP Mohammad Raad stressed that "the adoption of an electoral law based on electoral law is a quantum leap in the electoral Lebanese laws, which are used by the Lebanese, regardless of the districts."
"We are in front of a new electoral that adopted proportionality," he said and urged all sides " to discuss the electoral law realistically in a way that serves the supreme national interest."
Raad further highlighted that "there are those who seeks neither development nor reform in Lebanon."
"They want to drag us back to the sixties," the MP warned.
On the other hand, Raad commented on the Syrian developments and their impact on Lebanon by saying: "the battle is moving towards decisiveness."
"He who provides support to the armed multinational groups does not want stability and settlement in Syria," he confirmed stressing that "the only guarantee for the stability in Syria is the option of peaceful and substantive dialogue" .
Furthermore, Raad advised the Lebanese sides who bet on quick decisiveness in Syria to reconsider their calculations."
He also urged them "to organize our affairs in a manner that preserves everyone's rights and civil peace in accordance with the laws and Constitution."
On the "Israeli" threats against Lebanon, the MP assured that "the Zionist enemy, which seeks to exploit opportunities for launching an aggression against Lebanon given the prepared Arab circumstances, can't carry out any attack because of the high readiness of the resistance."
