In the name of the Merciful God,

"If you support Allah, He will support you and plant firmly your feet."

Dear the Secretary General of Hizbullah, Lebanon
Your Eminence Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah

Peace, mercy and blessings be upon God

I offer you and the heroic brotherly Lebanese people my best congratulations on the occasion of the great victory of the heroic mujahedeen and those who sacrificed in the Islamic resistance in the 33-day war. This victory was achieved by divine providence and through your wise and unique leadership as well as through the brave resistance of the Lebanese oppressed people and the pure blood of the dear martyrs.
In Letter to Sayyed Nasrallah, Iranian President Hails 2006 Resistance Victory

There is no doubt that the 33-day war is considered the greatest victory in Lebanon and the region. During this war, the brave resistance managed to crush the fragile dominance of the occupying aggressive entity. It also shook the foundations of oppression and persecution. This war led to the pride and dignity of peoples in face of humiliation and shame for the front of arrogance and its supporters.

Today, the high tree of resistance bloomed so that the people of the region reaped its good fruit good. Once again, the eyes of the people shed tears of joy to see the fruits of the resistance and the awakening. In parallel, the spider's web is weaker than any time while the resistance's front and opposition is stronger and more entrenched than any other time.
We ask al-Mighty God to grant you first and those who care about the Islamic Resistance fighters long health and success and to the peoples more strength.

President of the Islamic Republic of Iran
Mahmoud Ahmadinejad
